I say in the community that everyone can bellydance.  I don't believe this, I know this!

Every one of us has that beautiful and sensual individual as part of who we are.  I started my journey years ago, growing up bullied and teased - not feeling very good about myself.  ​

I was able to gain a sense of self and strength through my military service, but it was my discovery of bellydance that truly woke me up to how possible it was to be OK with my personal sensuality.  I have a passion for bringing women to a place where they are all comfortable in their sensuality and celebrate their bodies in dance.  I invite you to ignite the Sensual Woman within you!


Afro-Belly Boogie® evolved as a result of research and experience in how putting dance steps and movements can make noticeable changes to the body.  As part of her own fitness goals, Angel was looking for a workout that would make changes in both weight loss and toning, this is her focus when developing and modifying the workout. 

Afro-Belly Boogie® combines energy and powerful moves from African dance along with the toning and sultry movements of Belly Dance.  In the end, its all pulled together in what calls "The Boogie".  Here the workout slips into a club based dance party with hot African and Belly Dance moves thrown together in fun sweat-filled dance explosion. 


Afro-Belly Boogie® will exercise you from head to toe, giving you immediately measurable results. Participants have seen these results since the program's launch in the summer of 2010, experiencing loss of weight, inches and remarkable toning in their trouble spots.  And with all this movement, participants feel the fabulous sexy glow from the dance.

Club Belly™ is an all belly dance workout that will take you through the basics, drills, dance routines and club moves pulled and inspired from classical, modern and club bellydance.  The format includes movement repeats, technique drills, focused isolation movements and fun and easy to do choreographies

DanzClub™ is a full throttle, high energy all African based dance workout.  Starting with drum rhythm West African movements, moving to South African warrior based toning dance moves then driving home to all club African inspired Dance Hall moves.  Leave the workout feeling powerful, releasing some serious sweat and having a great time!

ShimmyBurn™ is a unique workout that takes you through full percussive, muscle isolating and energetic movements that are the most exciting movements from bellydance.  This is a high energy full throttle workout that will leave you sweating and feeling fantastic and will work those stubborn areas we all focus on.


Bellydance Basics

Designed for those who are new to the dance.  This class includes technique, vocabulary, dance rhythms, basic combinations, isolations and movements. 


Intermediate Bellydance, Moves and Choreography

More in depth classes building ion the students technique, precision, movements, steps and isolations.  The class will connect you to the rhythms, help you build on your musicality and begin to learn how to work with the tools of the dance.  

Bellydance Performance & Rehearsal

This is the class open to all the students who perform in the Celestial Goddess Dance Company.  Students will learn and practice the choreographies of the season.  They will also work with performance presentation , staging and other performance elements of the dance.

Mixed Level Bellydance

All levels of experience is welcome to this class.  Highlighted by the movements, travel steps, body connection and presentation.  The class is modified and adjusted to meet the needs of all levels of experience and presented in a fun dance mix format.  A great workout as well!

Bellydance Drills, Toning and Conditioning

A class that includes movement drills, isolation exercises, toning and muscle connection.  Bringing the dancer tighter more focused movements while building strength in your dance presentation.  

Cardio Bellydance Club Dance

A dance class that is not just a class.  It is a fun dance workout as well.  In this class, you will get fun bellydance club moves that are fun and sexy that will get your heart rate rolling.   Middle Eastern dance rhythms will light you up and will connect you to your Sensual Woman  The movements have been designed to tone and exercise your body, deliver a fabulous cardio exercise and make you feel fabulous!


 Move That Booty

Undulate, pop, bump, grind and roll!  Dance moves sprinkled with the flavors of the middle east, Africa and the Caribbean this class teaches how to connect and use your booty in fun powerful dance moves.  Angel will teach you how to move your Booty!

Shape That Booty

Using the techniques of the dance, small weights and bands you will be taken through a process of toning, lifting and strengthening the muscles of your bottom to create the sensual woman booty!
