Meet Angel

Welcome to Afro-Belly Boogie®. My name is Angel and I developed Afro-Belly Boogie® as a dance form for entertainment and as a fitness program. My road here is filled with my own personal and professional challenges which left me facing some of the same realities that so many people face each day. Through my own struggles I found myself starring down a life path filled with many unpleasant possibilities. The combinations of a life style filled with stress and unhealthy eating habits, I found myself over weight by well over 100 pounds and on the verge of a number of weight related health issues.
Afro-Belly Boogie® evolved as an electric dance workout that brought me more energy, a stronger body, confidence and amazing weight loss results. Combining high energy African dance movements with toning and sultry movements of Bellydance, Afro-Belly Boogie® will exercise you from head to toe. Giving you results you’ll be able to measure immediately. We have observed results in many of my clients within the first three workouts.
I am a firm believer that everyone has a purpose and should be able to live their lives in joy and in pursuit of this purpose. This includes being healthy and happy with who you are both inside and out. I would love to share this passion of fitness through dance with you!
